Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are confirmed upon full payment
• All cancellations will be charged a $100 administration fee and non refundable $1000 booking deposit (Total : $1,100)
• Cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival - full refund less $100 administration fee and non refundable $1000 booking deposit (Total : $1,100)
• Cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival, or no-show - no refund
